Besides being top real estate producers, on a personal level,  Bernard is a former Director of Finance and Controller with over 20 years of experience in Corporate America, with a B.S. degree in Accounting and Business Administration from West Virginia State University in addition to holding two Master Degrees, one from Dallas Theological Seminary, and the other from Argosy University of Dallas.  He decided to join forces with his wife in the real estate world 3 years ago adding a dimension to her business (i.e. church & commercial real estate) that has led to a steady stream of satisfied clients, customers and new found friends, both residentially and commercially.

Denise holds her B.S degree in Business Adminstration from TWU, and she is a Certified  Texas Real Estate Comission Instructor.  She is known as the Affordable Housing Expert and nominated in 2012 by DR Horton Builder as Realtor of the Year. Denise has been a featured speaker at numerous investment seminars, including Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad seminars in 2003 and 2004 and the Radio talk show, "Changing World Views."  In addition, she has been a featured speaker on KRLD radio's Real Estate Investment hour.

For Denise and Bernard, they both have a deep passion for helping people obtain their goals and dreams through a myriad of ways, including real estate.

In addition, Denise also serves as a volunteer for abused and neglected children as a Court Appointed Special Advocate and was an ESL teacher for the Literacy Instruction for Texas LIFT Program.  Bernard, assisted the Texas LIFT Program executive team in implementing a mentoring program to encourage students their to continue pursuing their goals and dreams even beyond their experience at LIFT.

Concerning their own family, one of the greatest joys of their lives is their five children. With only one left at home, they look forward to becoming empty nesters while still building and establishing their real estate business into one of the best in the Dallas/Ft.Worth metropolitan area, one client and one house at a time.
